CENATI
We are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees. Through our partnership with CENATI, we provide access to a wide range of courses tailored to enhance their skills and knowledge. As part of this initiative, we take care of all coordination and fully fund the courses our employees wish to pursue.
The “Escuelita” Program
Escuelita is a program we run in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor. Through this initiative, individuals interested in working in apparel manufacturing—but who lack the necessary skills—receive hands-on training. Together with the Ministry, we provide the tools and knowledge they need to begin a career in this field. We are proud to already be on our third graduating class.
